   - an opening of the access to the value-added services, education.
2. Monthly fixed payments
   Depending on type of the services, subscription payment includes:
   - a board per use the postal services (account name)
   - a board per use personal number in set TELEX, FAX and others.
3. Payment of the traffic
   Payment falls into monthly payments, in the manner of payment for transcribing the messages depending on type and volume (p., min., Kb, and etc).
